METHOD's mission is to create space for artistic expression and experimentation beyond traditional, commercial galleries.  We prioritize exhibiting site-specific installation work by underrepresented artists, and the gallery freely open to the public; we build community and foster dialogue about interdisciplinary thinking and creative problem solving.

METHOD exhibits art that is experimental, forward-thinking, unconventional, and predominantly based in sculpture, installation, new media, and/or performance, gathering diverse artists together and offering them a means to exhibit work that might not be seen in more traditional galleries.

The founders identified a need for a new exhibition space in the spring of 2013. Over the last 10 years, they have brought that concept to life - showing work by over 60 local artists, primarily from underrepresented groups.

METHOD art is characterized by processes of thought, action, and craft. And above all, METHOD is an act of creativity.
